Summary (21/04/2012) : 25 martyrs have fallen today most of them are in Anadan in Aleppo province where 9 persons were killed while going to a protest in an ambush by Assad’s forces. The United Nation Security Council has agreed on a resolution to send 300 unarmed observers for duration of 3 months.

SUMMARY (20/04/2012): 57 martyrs have fallen today most of them in Homs, Idlib and Damascus, among them many women and kids. The killing, arrests, destruction and every criminal action committed by the regime didn’t stop hundreds of towns and cities from protesting across the country as you can see on the map. We think the numbers of protesters has increased compared with the last few weeks, and some new places have joined the revolution. We do believe in the slogan of the day – we will win and Assad will be defeated.

SUMMARY (19/04/2012): At least 29 martyrs today as Assad’s forces attacked Deir Ezzor and Yabrud and continue to pound al-Qusayr and Homs, which Sarkozy says Assad wants to wipe off the map. Sorry monsieur, but he doesn’t just WANT to do it, the world has been watching for the last few months while he actually DOES it. Meanwhile, the UN team was in Daraa province today – the towns of Khirbet Ghazalah, Elma and Herak, where Assad’s forces at least had the manners to wait until the observers had left before killing 1 protester.

SUMMARY (18/04/2012): At least 39 martyrs fell today, mostly in Homs province, where several areas of the city and the nearby town of al-Qusayr remain under shelling. Of course the regime accused the “armed terrorist gangs” of 2 bomb attacks today, in Aleppo and Idlib. Meanwhile, the UN team are proving to be worse than the Arab League observers mark II. Now their numbers increased to 7 – Assad must be getting REALLY worried while the video from the Ambassador’s wives to Asma probably has her shaking in her designer shoes. At least Ali Ferzat made the Time 100 (sadly so did duckboy, in the rogues section).

SUMMARY (17/04/2012): At least 66 martyrs have fallen today, the day Syrians mark our Independence from France. Most of them fell in Idlib where 8 people were executed and where the attacks by tanks and helicopters spread to several villages. Homs is also still under heavy shelling and mass arrests took place in Hama and Damascus countryside. The UN team went to Daraa today but we have no idea what they are supposed to do – there is clearly no longer a ceasefire for them to observe.

SUMMARY (16/04/2012): At least 50 martyrs today, mostly in Idlib province, where helicopters were used to attack Idlib city and Saraqib. The shelling of Homs continued and Boser al-Harir in Daraa province also came under fire. All of this on the day the UN observers began their work – all 6 of them. Meanwhile, there are a lot of questions about the German ship “Atlantic Cruiser” which picked up a cargo of Iranian weapons from Djibouti and whether it delivered them to Tartous during it’s mysterious 24 hour disappearance on Sat-Sun.
